5.4.3. Heating system
If the air arriving from air vents not hot, a problem can consist in the following:
– jammed the thermostat in open situation. Replace the thermostat;
– the heater radiator hose is littered. Wash out hoses of a radiator and a radiator;
– the heater radiator is littered. If it is not possible to wash out a radiator, replace it.
If air does not arrive from air vents:
– include ignition and the delivery fan. Listen whether the fan motor works;
– if the motor does not work, replace it.
If from air vents steam or a smell of antifreeze arrives, so the radiator of a heater which needs to be replaced proceeds.
