3.1.4. Cover of a head of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Disconnect a ventilating hose from a head cover.
3. Disconnect wires from spark plugs.
4. Unscrew a bolt of a clamp of a plait of wires and shift wires aside.
5. Twist nuts of nests of spark plugs and uncover a head together with laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean surfaces of a cover and a head of cylinders.
2. Apply sealant on the joined surfaces (are designated by shading). Establish the condensing rings of nests of spark plugs, tags on rings have to be directed towards a gas-distributing belt.
3. Establish new laying of a cover, establish a cover and nuts of nests of spark plugs.
4. Tighten nuts till the required inhaling moment.
5. Establish the remained details, start the engine and check it for existence of leaks.
