9.3.1. Introduction
Removal
Temporary fastening of a nave in need of rolling of the car at the removed half shafts

1. A washer (outer diameter is 50 mm)
2. A washer (outer diameter is 18–25 mm)
3. M14 nut
4. M14 bolt |
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
2. Turn on the parking brake. |

3. Take off a wheel cap (or naves), remove the forelock and a lock washer. |
|
4. Release a nave nut. |
5. Release wheel nuts, lift the car and remove a wheel. |
6. Remove mud guards, turn off a nave nut. |
7. Disconnect a spherical support from the lever (see subsection 9.1.7.). |

8. Weaken a half shaft in a nave sharp blow through a brass pro-rate. If necessary remove a brake disk (see subsection 10.6.) and a stripper displace a half shaft. |
9. Shoot a plastic casing with parts of cars, having turned off bolts. |

10. Get a half shaft from a nave. |
|
|
11. At removal of the right half shaft turn off a lock bolt of an intermediate support and remove a lock ring. |
|
12. Get a half shaft from differential. |
|
13. At removal of the left half shaft get the internal hinge of a half shaft from the check point. |
14. If the car needs to be rolled at the removed half shafts, then fix a nave by a bolt with a nut. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Installation is carried out upside-down.
|
2. Sharply push an internal part of a half shaft in order that the lock ring of differential came into a flute on the internal hinge.
|
3. Tighten a lock bolt of an intermediate support with the set moment.
|
4. At first tighten nuts of wheels, then a nave nut with the set moment, establish a lock washer and a zashplintuyta.
|
5. Believe oil level in the check point.
|
6. At detection of a side play or jamming of the bearing of an intermediate support replace a support (replacement is carried out in car service).
