10:10. Hoses and tubes of a hydraulic actuator
The condition of hoses and tubes is recommended to check each 6 months. At detection of cracks, dribbles, swellings and other damages replace a hose.
HOSES OF LOBBIES TOMOZOV
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Lift the car and remove a wheel. |

2. Turn out the tube union from a hose. |
|
3. Get a bracket of fastening of the union of a hose in an arm and pass a hose through an opening in an arm. |
| 4. Turn off a bolt of the union and disconnect a hose from a support. |
| 5. Remove a bracket from an arm of a rack and get a hose through an arm. |
| 6. Pass a new hose through a rack arm, establish new copper laying, combine a ledge on a hose with an opening in a support and tighten an union bolt with the set moment. |
| 7. Pass a hose in an arm, screw an union nut by hand. |
| 8. Insert a bracket (if it is provided insert also cutting washer) and tighten an union nut with the set moment. |
| 9. Remove air from support cylinders. |
| 10. Establish a wheel and lower the car. |

| 1. Lift the car and remove a wheel. |

2. Turn out the tube union from a hose. |
|
3. Get a bracket of fastening of the union of a hose in an arm and pass a hose through an opening in an arm. |
| 4. Remove air from the cylinder (support). |

METAL TUBES
When replacing tubes track that on all route they were fixed by collars. The form of curved new tubes has to correspond to a form of replaced. Installation only of steel tubes, in accuracy corresponding to make of the car is allowed. Use of copper tubes is not allowed. Track that the tube lay at sufficient distance from moving or heated details.
After replacement of a tube remove air from a hydraulic actuator (see
subsection 10.11.).
