3.4.11. Regulator of tension and brush

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the generator.
2. Turn off nuts of a back cover, a generator conclusion nut.
	3. Remove the insulating plug of a conclusion of the generator.
	4. Remove a back cover of the generator.

5. Unscrew screws and remove the brush holder and the regulator of tension.
	6. Measure length of the acting part of brushes. If length of a brush is less maximum permissible, then assembled with brushes replace the brush holder.
7. Make sure that brushes freely move in the brush holder.
8. Install tension regulator
	9. Install the brush holder for what wring out brushes.
10. Insert brush holder screws into a back cover.
11. Establish a cover and tighten nuts, install the plug and tighten a nut.
12. Install the generator.
