9.1.8. Rotary fist and nave

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Release a nave nut (see subsection 9.1.14.). Release wheel nuts, lift the car and remove a wheel.
2. Remove a support of a brake and fix by a wire (see subsection 10.5.). Remove a support arm, remove a brake disk from a nave.
3. Release (but do not turn off) bolts of fastening are resistant to a rotary fist.
4. Disconnect a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist (see subsection 9.2.3.).
5. Turn off bolts and nuts of fastening of a spherical support to the lower lever of a suspension bracket. Now turn off bolts of fastening of a rack to a rotary fist.
6. Push out a half shaft from a nave (see subsection 9.3.2.). Fix the end of a half shaft.
7. Separate a rotary fist from a rack. If necessary remove a spherical support.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a rotary fist and a nave on places, insert a half shaft.
2. Implant a rotary fist into a rack flange. Wrap nuts and bolts, but do not tighten.
3. Attach a spherical support to the lower lever of a suspension bracket, wrap bolts and nuts of fastening, without tightening them.
4. Attach a tip of steering thirst to a rotary fist. Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening are resistant, fastenings of a spherical support to the lever and a nut of a tip of steering draft with the set moments.
5. Establish a brake support (see subsection 10.5.) and a brake disk (see subsection 10.6.).
6. Establish a nave, tighten a nut.
7. Establish a wheel and wrap nuts.
8. Lower the car, tighten wheel nuts with the set moment. Tighten a nave nut with the set moment.
